The African Union Presidential Summit of 2019 is one of the most important meeting of African leaders to date, where leaders will debate the future of foreign investment, the pressures brought on to all African nations by the expected population growth, and other pertinent issues. The leaders in the African Union will decide how to allocate the expected 50+ billion USD worth of foreign investments into African countries by 2020, which could very likely shape the future of Africa as a whole. The leaders will have to analyze which regions in Africa are under performing and find solutions to issues in those countries. Simultaneously, the impending issue of population growth is looming over the fragile African states. Fertility rates are far above the global average as family planning efforts have failed. African leaders need to find solutions to this problem before already scarce natural resources are stretched to dangerous levels.
