This year the conference will be hosted at the MSU Union

• The address for the union is 49 Abbot Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824

• There is a floor plan included below

• On the 1st floor there is a Sparty’s Convenience store, a Strange Matter Coffee cafe, a MSU merch store, and a lot of seating.

Here are a few important notes about the move to the MSU Union!

1. All conference sanctioned hotels are not connected or next door to the union, this means that walking plans from your hotel to the union will need to be planned out ahead of time. You will need to cross at least one major road (Grand River).

2. MSU Undergraduate students make heavy use of the first floor for studying & group work. Many of them are incredibly friendly and will likely keep to themselves. There will be very few MSU students on the floors we will be using for the conference.

3. Compared to the Kellogg, the MSU Union has several levels and delegates will need to go up and down stairs to access their committees. All committee rooms are wheelchair accessible and have elevator access in the building.
